Food onboard Bellacha

The food onboard any charter is one of the most important things, Bellacha is no exception.

Lisa has over a decade of experience looking after different people’s dietary needs and special requirements. With prior planning all needs can be catered for. She specializes in Mediterranean dishes, including vegetarian and vegan options. The main aim is to cook a balanced and nutritious menu with what is fresh, in season and whenever possible local.

Menus can be provided prior to the charter for inspection, or planned on a day-to-day basis at breakfast.

New for this year we are offering a Vegan sailing cruise if members of your group are vegan.

  • Chicken fillets stuffed with sun dried tomatoes and wrapped in pancetta ham. Served with sautéed potatoes,green veg and roasted field mushrooms or roasted miso marinated aubergine (v)
  • Pan roasted white fish fillets served with broccoli and wasabi purée and sweet potato redskins.
  • BBQ Pork tenderloin marinated in mustard and brown sugar served with ratatouille, organic rice and greens, or halumi and vegetable kebabs marinated with pesto (v)
  • Seafood risotto served with baked vine tomatoes & asparagus.
  • Orange marinated fillet steak cooked to your liking with fresh tomato sauce on the side, rosemary roasted new potatoes, green veg and stuffed red peppers, or twice cooked cheese soufflé (v)
  • BBQ lobster with garlic bread, baked potatoes and green veg
