The food onboard any charter is one of the most important things, Bellacha is no exception.
Lisa has over a decade of experience looking after different people’s dietary needs and special requirements. With prior planning all needs can be catered for. She specializes in Mediterranean dishes, including vegetarian and vegan options. The main aim is to cook a balanced and nutritious menu with what is fresh, in season and whenever possible local.
Menus can be provided prior to the charter for inspection, or planned on a day-to-day basis at breakfast.
